About InnerSpace

InnerSpace is one of Kerala’s earliest coworking brands and one of the few community-centric coworking brands in the state.

We believe that a workspace is more than desks and meeting rooms. It is about people, conversations, ideas and the community around it.

As we launch our new centre in Ramanattukara, we want to tell the story of Kozhikode's people, culture and entrepreneurial spirit.

And that's where you come in.

About the Role

We're looking for a curious storyteller who is fascinated by people, places, businesses and culture.

Someone who can walk through Kozhikode, meet an compelling person, hear their story and think:

“This should be a video.”

You will help us discover and document the people, businesses, culture and entrepreneurial energy of Kozhikode and turn those stories into engaging content.

What You'll Work On
Discover engaging entrepreneurs, businesses, creators and personalities in Kozhikode
Research stories around Kozhikode's business and cultural heritage
Develop ideas for Instagram Reels, short videos and interviews




Assist in shooting videos, photographs and interviews
Document the launch journey of InnerSpace Ramanattukara
Create content around local culture, food, businesses and entrepreneurship
Build relationships with local creators, entrepreneurs and communities
Assist in producing community events and activations
Cover InnerSpace events and activities
Develop storytelling concepts for campaigns
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to turn stories into campaigns
Help build recurring content series around Kozhikode and its people
Contribute ideas for unconventional marketing campaigns
