Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, servers, networks, hardware, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows and Ubuntu servers, networking, troubleshooting, and IT deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Ubuntu Servers.
Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VLANs, and Wi-Fi networks.
Manage servers, rack infrastructure, cabling, and IT infrastructure deployments.
Support and troubleshoot Vicidial/VoIP systems.
Monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.




Maintain accurate IT asset records, inventory, and infrastructure documentation.
Handle project deployments and application/system deployment on Windows and Ubuntu platforms.
Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure upgrades.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.
Ensure IT systems, networks, and infrastructure remain secure, secure, and operational.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Windows and Ubuntu Server administration.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Robust understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi.
Hands-on experience with hardware and network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of VoIP/Vicidial systems is an advantage.
Ability to handle IT infrastructure deployments and installations.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of IT asset management and doc
