About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and responsible Executive Assistant to support the management team in managing day-to-day activities, coordination, follow-ups, documentation, meetings, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be good at communication, comfortable with Excel and Google Workspace/MS Office, highly organised, and capable of following up independently until tasks are completed.

Key Responsibilities1. Management Support
Manage the daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and priorities of the Managing Partner/Director.
Prepare daily task lists and follow up on pending activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on behalf of management.
Ensure important tasks and deadlines are tracked and completed on time.
Handle confidential business information responsibly.
Communication & Coordination




Coordinate with sales, purchase, production, accounts, dispatch, HR, and other departments.
Follow up with clients, vendors, dealers, consultants, and other business contacts as required.
Draft professional emails, WhatsApp messages, letters, and other business communication.
Maintain proper records of significant conversations and commitments.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Track sales, pending payments, orders, dispatches, enquiries, and other management-related information.
Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers.
Collect information from different departments and consolidate it for management review.
Highlight delays, pending tasks, and important issues to management.
Documentation & Office Administration
Maintain significant documents, files, agreements, reports, and records.
Organise digital files and folders systematically.
