Role Overview

Play a critical leadership role in driving the design vision, technical excellence, and successful implementation of the projects from design to execution. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, project management, and team leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring design integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client objectives while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with design, MEP and liasoning consultants for drawings and monitor/ issue GFC drawings.
Site visit to monitor and track the construction in line with drawings.




Slab checking - Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and quality
Coordinate internal reviews and approvals at key project stages
Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Review technical drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance
Prepare Project Feasibility under various DCPR Regulations
Present conceptual plans for redevelopment project meetings with Society
Address in office issues, RFIs (Requests for Information), and deviations
Collaborate with project managers and site engineers
