Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented PPIC Executive to support production planning, material availability, inventory control, and coordination between Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely manufacturing operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Production Planning
Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on sales orders, stock requirements, and production capacity.
Coordinate with Production to ensure timely execution of the production plan.
Monitor planned vs. actual production and highlight deviations.
Material Planning
Check availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and other required materials before production.
Prepare material requirements based on production plans and communicate shortages to Purchase/Stores.




Follow up on material availability to avoid production delays.
Inventory Control
Monitor RM, PM, Bulk, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory.
Maintain optimum stock levels and identify slow-moving, excess, or shortage materials.
Coordinate with Stores for stock verification and reconciliation.
Production Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse/Stores, Purchase, and R&D; for smooth production activities.
Ensure production schedules are aligned with machine and manpower availability.
Follow up on pending production orders and batch completion.
Daily MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly PPIC reports.
Track production achievement, pending orders, material shortages, inventory status, and production efficiency.
Provide timely updates to management regarding planning issues and delays.
Coordination with Purchase & Stores
Raise material requirements based on approved
