Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and generate leads.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi and English communication preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle targets and customer objections.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
