Role Overview

We are looking for a
growth-focused business leader
to drive enterprise business growth across
India & Southeast Asia
. The role will focus on recent customer acquisition, strategic account expansion, market development, and building strong relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Drive
enterprise sales, revenue growth, and recent-logo acquisition
across assigned markets.
Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
Engage with
CHROs, HR/Talent Leaders, L&D; Heads and C-suite stakeholders
.
Sell and position
Talent Assessment,



Behavioural Assessment, HR Tech, Talent Intelligence and AI-led solutions
.
Develop strategic accounts through
cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities
.
Conduct discovery meetings, executive presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
Build ROI-driven business cases and long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with Product, Consulting, Marketing and Solutioning teams to strengthen GTM and customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
6–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Business Development
, preferably in
SaaS, HR Tech, Talent Assessment, AI or B2B Technology
.
Proven track record in
enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth
.
Robust consultative and solution-led selling experience.
Experience selling
Talent Assessment / Behavioural Assessment / HR Tech / Talent Intelligence solutions
is highly preferred.

CHROs and senior H
