You'll support the marketing team in running, tracking, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube — helping grow our reach, followers, and content performance. A hands-on way to break into performance marketing at a rapid-growing content studio.

What You'll Do
Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
Track daily performance metrics - CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS — and log learnings
Help research target audiences, competitor pages, and ad creatives
Support A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and thumbnails
Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards
Coordinate with the content/editing team for ad-ready assets
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and trends

Who We're Looking For
Basic understanding of digital marketing / social media platforms
Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis
Curious, analytical, and eager to learn paid marketing hands-on




Valuable communication and time management
Own laptop preferred (not mandatory)

Nice to Have
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification (or coursework)
Experience running personal/college page campaigns
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets formulas and basic analytics tools
Interest in content, reels, and short-form platforms
