Position Summary

Dhanwantari Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic, responsible and highly organized skilled who can manage the company's social media activities, MLM sales leaders/distributors and office administration.

The candidate will act as an key coordination link between Management, Sales Leaders, Distributors, Customers and Internal Office Teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Social Media Management
Manage all official social media platforms of Dhanwantari, including:
Facebook
Instagram
YouTube
WhatsApp Business
LinkedIn
Other relevant platforms
Prepare and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
Coordinate creation and posting of:
Reels
Videos
Product posts
Leader achievement posts
Testimonials
Festival wishes
Promotional campaigns
Training and event content




Coordinate with photographers, video editors, designers and content creators.
Respond to basic social media enquiries and route leads to the appropriate department or sales leader.
Track social media performance, engagement, followers, leads and campaign results.
Ensure that all social media content follows company brand guidelines and applicable product advertising/compliance requirements.

B. Sales Leader & Distributor Management
Maintain regular communication with MLM sales leaders and key distributors.
Coordinate leader meetings, Zoom meetings, training programs and business presentations.
Follow up with leaders regarding:
Sales targets
Monthly business performance
Team growth
Meetings and events
Training attendance
Incentive and rank-related requirements
Maintain updated contact and communication records of key leaders.
