We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the complete Human Resources function of the organization. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and overall HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, excellent people-management abilities, and experience handling HR functions in a fast-paced organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments and levels.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective hiring plans.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer and joining formalities.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical positions.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Onboarding & Induction




Manage joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct HR induction and explain company policies and procedures.
Ensure proper onboarding and coordination with respective departments.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Coordinate background verification where required.
Employee Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related concerns.
Handle grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
Maintain positive employee-management relationships.
Promote a healthy, skilled, and productive work environment.
Conduct employee feedback and engagement discussions.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll
Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and LOP.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Accounts/Finance team.
Verify salary inputs, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll components
