Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain company projects, products, services, offers, and payment plans to customers.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Follow up regularly with leads generated through various sources.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable project/property information.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Convert interested leads into site visits and potential sales opportunities.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.




Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM/Excel or other company systems.
Coordinate with the sales team for further customer follow-up and closure.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information to encourage engagement.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports for the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
