Follow up with sales leads and maintain a customer relationship management system to track interactions and potential sales.
Conduct vehicle appraisals and valuations for potential trade-ins to determine their market value.
Arrange financing options, prepare sales contracts, and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases.
Stay current with all dealership inventory, promotions, and ongoing industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Work with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless process for customers, from purchase to vehicle delivery.
Participate in dealership-hosted marketing events and other promotional activities to engage with the community and attract recent clients.
Perform post-sale follow-ups with buyers to confirm satisfaction with their vehicle and encourage referral business.
