Barista – Beverages
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, cold brews, smoothies, and health drinks.
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment efficiently.
Maintain consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and portioning.
Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Interact with customers, take orders, and recommend suitable beverages.
Handle customer queries and provide a friendly and professional service experience.
Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage consumables.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about replenishment requirements.
Assist in developing and testing new beverage recipes aligned with the brand's health-focused concept.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth café operations.
Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.

Skills & Requirements




Prior experience as a Barista or in beverage preparation is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques such as Espresso, Pour-over, French Press, etc.
Basic understanding of health beverages, smoothies, plant-based drinks, and functional drinks is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café workplace.
Good attention to detail and consistency.
Passion for beverages, hospitality, and customer service.
