Role & Responsibilities
Handle B2B and B2C travel enquiries from initial enquiry through booking and post-sales support.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable destinations, hotels, activities, transfers and travel packages.
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and proposals based on client requirements and budget.
Follow up proactively on leads and enquiries to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, DMCs and direct customers.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and activity suppliers to check availability, rates and special offers.
Negotiate with suppliers and clients to achieve competitive pricing and healthy margins.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of hotels, activities, transfers and other travel services.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM/system.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue and conversion targets.
Handle client questions, changes and concerns professionally and provide timely solutions.




Stay updated on destinations, hotels, travel trends, seasonal products and competitor offerings.
Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Finance and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates and performance reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile
14 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, hotels and tourism services.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales and lead conversion is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Positive negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and create tailor-made travel solutions.
