Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer (Finishing Supervisor) to supervise and coordinate finishing activities at the construction site, ensuring quality, timely execution, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all finishing works including flooring, plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, doors, windows, and other interior works.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship and resolve site-level issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of finishing activities.
Ensure proper planning and timely completion of finishing works as per project schedules.




Coordinate with the Project Manager and other engineering teams for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years of experience in finishing and interior construction works.
Positive knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
Solid coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
