Field Operations Associate

We are hiring Field Operations Associates for an in office field role in Noida. This is a role for people who are organised, street-smart and operationally sharp — the kind of person who keeps twenty moving parts on schedule and fixes what breaks before it costs the day.

The job is owning the daily execution of a high-volume field operation, with equipment managed out of our office. Each morning you issue cameras, power banks and storage devices — charged, tested and ready — and get field teams equipped, on location and working on time. Each evening you collect and reconcile every device, tracking who holds what and flagging anything missing, damaged or faulty the same day. In between, you run the day: schedules, assignments, locations and transport; attendance, productivity and daily targets; reviewing the day’s output against an exacting written quality standard and correcting the work on the spot. When something goes wrong — an absence, a delay, an equipment failure,



a location change — you resolve it in real time.

What the role demands:
Field operations experience — logistics, inventory, workforce or last-mile operations; quick-commerce or delivery background is a robust plus
Organisation and detail — comfortable with targets, metrics and daily issue-and-return reconciliation
Calm, decisive judgment — able to work out what is wrong quickly and act on it
Robust spoken Hindi and English — including correcting someone’s work without demotivating them
Comfort with physical hardware — high-volume daily dispatch, collection and charging cycles
High agency and full ownership — on the ground six days a week, doing whatever the operation needs

The role runs six days a week, on-site and in the field in Noida.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
