Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 14 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for IT/technical positions.
Must have experience handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes.
Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and offer closures.
Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to fulfill requirements within timelines.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in IT recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Valuable understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and meet tight hiring deadlines.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
