Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Executive D2C to handle daily accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime / MargBooks / ERP.
Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries, and vouchers.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with timely follow-ups.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor petty cash and prepare periodic summaries.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

GST & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and conduct 2B reconciliation.
Handle E-way bills, E-invoice and maintain proper GST documentation.




Manage TDS compliance and related filings.
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and respond to audit queries.

Sales, Purchase & E-commerce Accounting
Record B2B and B2C sales and purchase transactions.
Reconcile online marketplace payments (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Track payment gateway settlements, deductions, and commissions.
Maintain accurate stock, sales, and purchase records.

Import & Export Accounting
Prepare and maintain export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills.
Coordinate Bill of Entry and customs clearance processes with CHA and freight forwarders for import consignments.
Process foreign remittance and IDFC forms with banks for cross-border payments and collections.
Ensure compliance with FEMA, DGFT, and export incentive schemes (e.g., RoDTEP, drawback) where applicable.
