About the Firm

We are a growing Chartered Accountancy firm providing Audit, Taxation, Compliance, Advisory, and Outsourcing services to a diverse client base.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to manage client invoicing, payment follow-ups, receivables tracking, quotations, and billing-related MIS reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Invoicing
Prepare and issue accurate and timely client invoices based on approved billing details.
Ensure proper documentation and necessary approvals before raising invoices.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and related billing documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to obtain billing information and approvals.
Verify billing details and ensure invoices are raised as per agreed client terms.

Payment Follow-Up & Receivables




Regularly follow up with clients for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Track accounts receivable and maintain updated ageing and outstanding reports.
Coordinate with Partners and Engagement Teams regarding pending collections.
Maintain accurate records of payment commitments and collection status.
Assist in resolving client queries related to invoices, payments, and billing.
Escalate long-pending or critical outstanding payments to the concerned team.

Quotations & Proposals
Prepare client quotations, engagement letters, and fee proposals as directed by Partners.
Maintain a database of quotations and proposals issued.
Track the status of quotations and follow up for approvals where required.
Ensure proper documentation of approved commercial terms.

MIS & Reporting
Prepare periodic Billing MIS, Collection MIS, and Outstanding Receivables Reports.
