JD:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Prepare and release offer/appointment-related documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, induction, transfers, confirmations, and exit processes.
Maintain accurate and updated employee master data.
Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
Support employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, late marks, absenteeism, and regularization.
Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for attendance-related issues.
Maintain monthly attendance and leave records.




Payroll & HR Operations
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, recent joiners, exits, increments, transfers, and other payroll changes.
Verify payroll data and coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
Prepare HR MIS, employee reports, salary-related data, and other management reports.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
HR Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, salary certificates, experience/relieving letters, and other HR documents.
Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable compliances.
Maintain proper records for audits and inspections.
Employee Engagement
Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, cultural events, birthday celebrations, and employee commun
