Office Assistant (Driving Required)

Job Summary

Living Assets Builder Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative, logistical, and transportation-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess a valid driving license and be comfortable driving company vehicles when required. This role is suitable for individuals who are disciplined, punctual, and willing to handle a variety of office and field responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Support
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
Assist with document filing, printing, photocopying, and record management
Support administrative and sales teams with day-to-day tasks
Arrange refreshments for office staff and visitors when required
Ensure office supplies are stocked and available
Driving & Transportation
Drive company management, staff, or guests as required
Pick up and deliver documents, materials, and office-related items
Assist with site visits and project-related travel




Ensure company vehicles are clean and properly maintained
Coordinate vehicle servicing, fuel refilling, and basic upkeep
Field & Operations Support
Visit banks, government offices, courier centers, and vendors when required
Assist in collecting and delivering documents related to real estate operations
Support office logistics and coordination activities
Handle urgent errands efficiently and professionally

Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Degree
Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License is Mandatory
Valuable driving skills and knowledge of Chennai routes
Basic reading and writing skills in Tamil
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Ability to handle both office and outdoor tasks
