We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead modular and interior design projects from client consultation to final execution. The role involves handling projects independently, ensuring design quality and timely delivery, and mentoring Junior Designers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Relationship Management
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
Provide practical and professional design recommendations.
Maintain solid client relationships and address queries effectively.

Design Development & Project Execution
Develop functional and aesthetically appealing modular and interior designs.
Prepare 2D/3D layouts, concepts, and presentations.
Refine designs based on client feedback while ensuring technical feasibility and company standards.
Independently manage projects from concept to final approval.

Project Supervision & Quality Control
Monitor projects handled by Junior Designers.
Review drawings, layouts, quotations, and project documentation for accuracy.




Ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Identify design issues and provide technical guidance.

Team Leadership & Mentoring
Guide and supervise Junior Designers.
Provide technical support, coaching, and constructive feedback.
Assist in onboarding and training current designers.

Design Documentation & Software
Maintain accurate drawings, design files, quotations, and revision records.
Use the organization's design software for design development and quotation preparation.
Stay updated with trends, materials, finishes, and innovations in interior design.

Required Skills

Proficiency in space planning and furniture layouts.
Ability to prepare quotations and cost estimates.
