Job Description

We are looking for experienced and service-oriented F&B; Service professionals to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service and a strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests.
Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
Handle guest requests and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment coordination.
Assist in restaurant, banquet, room service, and other F&B; operations.




Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and hotel services.
Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B; Service / Hotel Industry.
Valuable knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
Knowledge of hygiene and hospitality standards.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
