About the Role

We are looking for bright and ambitious fresh engineering graduates to join Sadbhav as Graduate Marine Engineers / Management Trainees.





The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job exposure across marine engineering, equipment operations, maintenance, project execution, technical coordination, and engineering support functions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the operation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of marine and heavy engineering equipment.
Develop an understanding of propulsion systems, engines, pumps, hydraulic systems, piping, auxiliary machinery, and other mechanical systems.
Support senior engineers in planning and execution of maintenance and engineering activities.
Assist in equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and root-cause investigations.
