About the Role

Cybrom is looking for a highly experienced technology leader to build and lead one of Central India's strongest technical learning ecosystems.

The Head of Learning & Academic Excellence will be responsible for the overall technical education strategy, faculty excellence, curriculum innovation, academic quality, and learning outcomes across all technology programs.

The ideal candidate must have a solid Computer Science or Information Technology background with hands-on industry experience in software development and team leadership. This role is not limited to academics—it requires someone who understands current industry trends, recruiter expectations, up-to-date software engineering practices, AI technologies, and how to transform students into industry-ready specialists.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership




Define and execute Cybrom's technical learning strategy.
Ensure world-class academic quality across all technical programs.
Establish standardized teaching methodologies and academic processes.
Develop scalable systems for academic excellence across multiple centers.

Curriculum & Technology
Design and continuously update curriculum based on industry requirements.
Introduce emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Cyber Security, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Mobile Development, and emerging software engineering practices.
Ensure every course includes practical learning, live projects, coding assessments, and industry-relevant case studies.
Build certification pathways aligned with leading technology companies.

Faculty Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing technical trainers.
Conduct technical interviews and faculty assessments.
Implement regular Train-the-Trainer
