Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Monitor the quality of civil construction work and ensure compliance with required standards.
Check manpower, materials, tools, and equipment availability at the site.
Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor their productivity.
Maintain proper records of site activities, material usage, measurements, and progress.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer/manager for timely resolution.




Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the construction site.
Monitor project progress and report delays or deviations to the senior management.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is completed within the required timeline.
Verify measurements and assist in preparing work completion and material reports.
Ensure proper utilization and storage of construction materials.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
