Job Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.
Maintain and update HR reports and MIS.
Handle employee queries and support smooth employee relations.
Monitor and manage sales team performance, including attendance, field visits, daily/weekly reports, targets, and performance tracking.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and highlight gaps or areas requiring improvement.




Follow up with the sales team regarding their field visit plans, customer appointments, and reporting.
Support management in implementing HR policies and performance management processes.

Requirements
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in HR operations.
Valuable knowledge of Advance MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle employee and sales-team performance-related responsibilities.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
