Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate HR Trainer to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management concepts and practical HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging HR training sessions and practical activities.
Teach recruitment, sourcing, screening, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, leave management, payroll, and HR operations.
Explain HR concepts using real-world examples, case studies, and practical scenarios.
Guide students in assignments, projects, and practical HR activities.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Help students develop practical, industry-ready HR and communication skills.
Stay updated with current HR practices,



labour laws, and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or HR training.
Solid knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
Positive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching, training, and mentoring students.
Candidates with prior experience in an educational or training environment will be preferred.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
