JD-Meeting Architects, builders, construction companies, contractors, Civil Engineers and other clients for the sale/distribution of pre cast Concrete products I.E Pavers, Thermally insulated blocks, hollow blocks, kerb stones etc.has to get products approved, should be an excellent communicator, know how to get recent clients and not rely just on repeat business.

Job Description for BDM- 1. BDM works with their sales team by hiring recent people and training them in their field.

2.The BDM has to connect with clients and build trust with them through performance. The sales manager has to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure growth in market share. New customer acquisition is key to sales growth.
Has to have is own recruiting, objectives setting,



coaching and solid performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

6.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

7.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

8.Has to be excellent at verbal and written communication. Honesty, integrity and performance are all key to this position.

9.Has to be able to get orders personally by going in the field alone and/or with the sales team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
