About the Role

We are seeking a Garment Sales & Online Business Executive who understands a wide range of clothing products and customer preferences. Strong knowledge of sarees and other garments is significant, along with the ability to assist with online sales and customer interactions.

Responsibilities
Help customers choose suitable sarees and other clothing products.
Guide customers regarding fabrics, patterns, styles, sizes, and current designs.
Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels.
Handle online orders and follow up with customers as needed.
Assist with regular garment sales and online business activities.
Keep customer and order information properly updated.
Communicate with customers throughout the purchasing process to provide a smooth experience.

Candidate Profile




Strong understanding of sarees and other garments.
Previous experience in garment sales, retail, boutiques, fashion, or online clothing businesses is preferred.
Valuable verbal communication and customer-service abilities.
Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic online platforms.
Prior experience with e-commerce or online selling is an advantage.
Candidates currently based in Kolkata will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary offered will be ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise. An extra shift allowance will also be provided when applicable.
