Role & responsibilities :
B2B Revenue & SKU Sales: Drive sales growth across 30+ versatile packaging SKUs (BOPP bags, PP woven sacks, poly bags, films, etc.).
Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and convert domestic and international commercial clients across diverse sectors including FMCG, Food & Agriculture, Dry Fruits, Garments/Textiles, Stationery, Hospitality , and Electricals/Industrials.
Network & Channel Expansion: Build, establish, and manage a robust Pan-India network of regional dealers, stockists, and trading partners.
International Business: Identify export opportunities and manage cross-border client acquisition and international account operations.
Sales Planning & Forecasting: Prepare, execute, and deliver monthly and annual sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with production, QA,



and logistics teams to deliver custom packaging solutions on time according to client specifications.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 10+ years of core B2B sales and marketing experience in Adaptable Packaging, Polymers, or Plastic Manufacturing.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Packaging Technology (MBA preferred).
Technical Understanding: In-depth knowledge of packaging substrates (BOPP, PE, PP, PET), printing processes, and barrier requirements.
Key Skills: B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Dealer Network Management, Export Sales, Sales Forecasting, and Negotiation.
