Role & responsibilities
6+ years Institutional International business (one or multiple countries) experience in a Non-Financial Risk focused role.
Strong understanding of control monitoring and assessment methodologies, including design and operatingeffectiveness assessment.
Strong knowledge of nonfinancial risk frameworks, risk obligations, and regulatory standards.
Robust understanding of governance expectations, documentation requirements, and evidence standards.
Knowledge of data analytics concepts, data structures, and how data informs Risk and Control Assessments, in addition to Control Monitoring.
Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with business and risk teams to uplift control effectiveness.
Explicit and effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
Robust planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills to manage multiple monitoring activities and deadlines.
High attention to detail, with robust discipline across governance, documentation, and testing evidence.
