Political Affairs Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Political Affairs Executive with a solid political background and excellent stakeholder-management skills. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in political affairs, political campaigns, public relations, government interactions, or related activities, along with a strong understanding of the local political environment.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse political developments, government policies, and local issues.
Maintain professional relationships with political leaders, elected representatives, government officials, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings and communications with relevant political and government stakeholders.
Conduct political and constituency-level research and prepare reports and briefing notes.
Support political strategy, outreach, campaign, and public-affairs activities.
Gather and analyse information regarding local issues, public sentiment, and stakeholder concerns.




Coordinate field-level activities and stakeholder engagement when required.
Assist senior management with political intelligence and strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain a database of relevant political, government, community, and institutional contacts.
Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions.
Travel to different locations for meetings, field visits, and political/public-affairs activities as required.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive political, organizational, and stakeholder information.

Required Profile
2–5 years of relevant experience in political affairs, political consulting, political campaigns, public affairs, government relations, policy research, or a related field.
Solid political background and understanding of the local political landscape.
