We are looking for a highly driven and proactive Founder’s Office – Strategy & Growth Intern who will work closely with the Founder on strategic, operational, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives.

This is not a conventional operations internship. You will get direct exposure to how an early-stage AI/SaaS startup is built and operated, with opportunities to participate in GTM strategy, sales planning, marketing strategy, client interactions, business research, and decision-making.

You will work closely with the Founder and take ownership of projects that directly contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Planning

Assist the Founder in developing and executing business strategies.

Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.

Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.

Assist in developing short-term and long-term growth plans.

Prepare strategy documents, reports, presentations, and business insights.

Go-To-Market (GTM)

Assist in developing and refining GTM strategies for current and existing products.

Research target customer segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP).

Help identify suitable acquisition channels and outreach strategies.

Analyse customer feedback and market responses to improve positioning.

Support product launches and market-entry initiatives.

Sales & Business Development

Assist in developing sales strategies and outreach plans.

Research and qualify potential leads.

Support lead-generation and prospecting activities.
