Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Manager to manage human resource functions for our hotel. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and exit processes.
Handle recruitment and staffing requirements across hotel departments.
Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, selection, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts when required.
Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace setting.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Organize employee training, orientation,



and development activities.
Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing and workforce requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
Knowledge of basic HR policies and employment practices.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
