Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting practices and timely completion of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions, ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Handle bank, cash, customer, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Assist in monthly closing, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Verify invoices, expenses, purchase entries, and payment documents.




Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with concerned departments.
Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory regulations.
Support the management with accurate financial data and accounting-related analysis.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the automobile/dealership industry.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities within deadlin
