Role

We are looking for a
Social Media Manager
to manage clients and coordinate between clients, video editors our internal team. This is a
full time, in office role based in Phase 8b, Sector 74
Mohali
.

Responsibilities
Manage client communication and build strong client relationships.
Coordinate and manage assigned video editors.
Assign, track, and prioritize editing tasks.
Ensure all deliverables are completed and delivered on time.
Communicate client feedback clearly to editors and manage revisions.
Monitor editor performance, quality, and turnaround time.




Prepare basic client and internal performance reports.
Identify and resolve issues before they impact clients or deadlines.
Understand client content goals and provide social media/content recommendations.

Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and editors.
Strong client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
Experience working with brands, creators, agencies, or creative teams is a plus.
Video editing or graphic design experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
