Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, selection, salary negotiation, and offer release.
Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely closure of positions as per TAT and manpower requirements.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline and talent database.
Preferred candidate profile
Looking candidates who have experience in handling Manufacturing industry .
