Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain candidate database (ATS or internal systems) and ensure accurate reporting.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated with current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
