Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Hotel HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations in a hotel workplace. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of hospitality HR practices, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement, and Hotel HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations for the hotel.
Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement, training, welfare, and retention initiatives.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and personnel documentation.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and HR-related matters.




Monitor employee discipline, grooming, conduct, and adherence to hotel policies.
Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
Support audits, inspections, and statutory compliance activities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust knowledge of hotel HR operations and labour laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and HRMS.
Ability to manage a diverse workforce and work in a fast-paced hotel setting.
Strong leadership and employee-handling skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
