Job Description
Develop and execute the India marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage product portfolio strategy, product launches, and lifecycle initiatives
Strengthen brand positioning and value proposition across customer segments.
Drive market intelligence and competitor analysis to support commercial decisions.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, website management, and online engagement.




Develop marketing collateral, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
Build and enhance marketing processes, budgets, and performance metrics.
Manage exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and customer events.
Drive CRM adoption and leverage customer insights for business growth.
Develop pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and profitability goals.

The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors.
MBA with an engineering background preferred.
Demonstrated success in building brands, driving demand generation, and supporting business growth.
Experience managing product portfolios, product launches, and pricing strategies.
Solid expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and customer engagement programs.
