ERA Furniture is seeking a agile, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our furniture and interior solutions, generating recent business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products and customized solutions. You should have solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and customized solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct product presentations and explain features, perks, materials, customization options, and pricing.




Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with design, production, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Stay updated on furniture trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Handle customer concerns professionally and work towards effective solutions.
Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales performance and business growth.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, retail, furniture, interiors, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
