Job Responsibilities
Manage and operate the Amazon Seller Portal on a daily basis.
Manage product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
Process and monitor orders, shipments, returns, refunds and cancellations.
Track inventory and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for timely order dispatch.
Monitor Amazon sales, payments, settlements, fees and account performance.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports in MS Excel.
Analyse sales, inventory, returns and product performance using Excel.
Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for order, listing, payment and account-related issues.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of product and order data.
Monitor customer feedback, ratings and reviews and coordinate for resolution of issues.




Maintain proper records and documentation related to e-commerce operations.

Required Skills
Good working knowledge of Amazon Myntra Flipkart
Solid MS Excel skills – filters, sorting, formulas, Pivot Tables and reporting.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, order processing and inventory management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
