About the Role

Epic Maya is looking for a Course Architect who can design, structure, and improve engaging learning programs for an EdTech environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in building courses and a valuable understanding of how students learn, practice, and complete educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
Design and structure end-to-end courses for Epic Maya’s EdTech programs.
Develop explicit course modules, lessons, learning objectives, assignments, and assessments.
Organize content into a structured and engaging learning journey for students.
Work with mentors, content creators, and academic teams to develop course materials.
Ensure courses are practical, relevant, and aligned with student learning outcomes.
Review and improve existing courses based on student feedback and performance.
Create suitable projects, activities, assignments, and evaluation methods.




Maintain proper documentation of course structure, syllabus, and learning resources.
Research current industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into courses.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth course development and delivery.

Requirements
B.Ed. completed is preferred.
6 months–1 year experience in course building, curriculum development, or EdTech.
Experience working with an EdTech institution will be an advantage.
Good understanding of curriculum design and learning methodologies.
Strong communication, organization, and content-structuring skills.
Ability to understand complex topics and convert them into explicit, learner-friendly modules.
Strong attention to detail and a learner-focused approach.
