Candidate should have a Plastic Industry background, preferably with a CIPET qualification or relevant education in Plastics Technology.
Assist in development and formulation of recent products.
Conduct trials, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
Maintain records of formulations, trials, and results.
Coordinate with production team for scale-up of developed products.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Work on cost optimization and product improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports on product development & trials.
Prepare and maintain Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and product presentations for internal use and customer submissions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
