We are hiring a Senior L3 Network Engineer Cisco & Aruba Specialist with 7+ years of enterprise networking experience to support enterprise network modernization and IT/OT connectivity initiatives.

The role requires robust hands-on expertise in Cisco and Aruba networking, Layer 3 routing, switching, enterprise wireless, NAC, network segmentation, and complex network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, manage, and optimize enterprise Cisco and Aruba network infrastructure.
Manage complex Layer 3 routing environments using BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRFs, and VLAN segmentation.
Troubleshoot routing instability, network latency, packet loss, failover issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Manage high-availability network infrastructure supporting business-critical operations.
Administer Aruba wireless infrastructure, Aruba Central, and Aruba ClearPass.
Configure NAC policies, secure wireless access controls, and device profiling.
Support enterprise-to-OT connectivity and secure network segmentation.
Support firewall routing integrations with Palo Alto Networks.
Manage VPN, site-to-site connectivity, and edge routing services.
Act as the L3 escalation point for critical and production-impacting network incidents.




Use SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center for network monitoring and performance management.
Perform root cause analysis and implement post-incident remediation.
Collaborate with Network Security, OT Security, Infrastructure, and Systems Engineering teams.

Must-Have Skills
8+ years of enterprise networking experience.
Robust hands-on L3 routing and switching expertise.
Advanced experience with Cisco IOS/XE/NX-OS.
Solid experience with Aruba networking and ArubaOS-CX.
Excellent knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and VRFs.
Solid enterprise wireless networking experience.
Experience with Aruba Central and/or Aruba ClearPass.
Solid network troubleshooting and incident-resolution capabilities.
Experience integrating enterprise networks with firewall/security infrastructure.
Ability to independently handle complex network escalations.

Good to Have
Industrial, manufacturing, or OT networking experience.
Purdue Model architecture knowledge.
Industrial DMZ / iDMZ experience.
Palo Alto Networks exposure.
SD-WAN and enterprise WAN optimization experience.
SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center experience.
CCNP / CCIE certification.
Aruba ACMP / ACDP certification.
