Job Role : Academic Counsellor

Location : Calicut

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding course selection, career planning, and academic concerns.
Guide prospective students on admission processes, program details, and eligibility criteria.
Assist students in setting academic goals and developing personalized study plans.
Support students in overcoming academic challenges by offering effective strategies and resources.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation programs to guide students on educational prospects.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Collaborate with faculty and administration to improve student support services.
Train and mentor junior counselors to ensure consistent guidance and support.





Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
Proven experience in academic counseling or related roles.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple student concerns efficiently.
Knowledge of educational trends and career pathways.
Minimum 1 year experience, Freshers also considered

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
