Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the confidence to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone/video interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a qualified and positive candidate experience.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar platforms.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions
