Job Responsibilities
Call and follow up with real estate leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain property details.
Convert interested leads into site visits and sales.
Follow up with old and current leads through calls & WhatsApp.
Maintain lead details and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits.
Requirements
Positive Tamil communication & convincing skills.
Confident in speaking with customers.
Basic English knowledge is an advantage.
Sales/Telecalling/Real Estate experience preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Earn up to ₹10,000 incentive for every successful deal closure
