Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth and productive service.
Lead and coordinate the bar service team, including bartenders and F&B; staff.
Ensure high standards of guest service, product quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Monitor bar stock, inventory, requisitions, and minimize wastage.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and compliance with bar procedures.
Coordinate with the kitchen, F&B;, and management teams for smooth operations.
Train and guide staff on service standards, responsible alcohol service, and company policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
